Actually nothing new - simplicity - even brutalism grew out of an equally brutal understanding of the subject and the achievements of the best specialists in the world, namely the Cold War era. The Robud-Expert bunker is intended to be as cheap as possible, brutally solid and easy to maintain, functional, failure-free and look so that it wouldn't occur to anyone to brag about it on the web. That's why it's so simple that it couldn't be simpler.

SURVIVAL ECONOMY

What is fashionable today and looks cool on YouTube most often came from Texas and Arizona in the form of steel modules. It's built by people raised in prosperity, alkaline soil conditions, low annual rainfall and groundwater levels, higher temperatures at working depth - far from the nightmares of Polish construction. A pebble gets in, scratches, and there is progressive pitting corrosion, dew point, and the economy is different.

NBC S1 BARRIER

Air filtration: Finnish or Swiss system - electric or manual power supply. Anti-blast valves inlet/outlet, doors and hatches - normative solutions from leading manufacturers, certified and guaranteed. The bunker is completely airtight, designed by an architect and made in class S1, i.e. full resistance to radiological, biological and chemical contamination (NBC), trauma and shock waves. When closed from the inside, there is no possibility of breaking in without the use of military technology. Details are being prepared for publication and will be on the Robud-Expert website soon.

B30 MONOLITH

Monolithic shell made of B30 reinforced concrete on a rectangular plan with a constant width. Larger bunker = longer bunker. Modularity means a lower price, better interior layout, optimal ceiling strength. The volume results from the specifics of the order - generally we recommend the normative area and volume per person and systems - plus 12%. This is how the Soviets and Americans built in the era of the arms race to optimize costs at an ultra-rigorous standard. Of course, today we use the Polish Standard PN, and this is aggressively verified by specialists on an ongoing basis due to the deteriorating geopolitical state of the world. In summary - at Robud-Expert we always recommend building a bunker of the minimum necessary size. We can also carry out your own bunker project, of course after having criticized it as terribly as possible.

ENERGY TRIAD

Three sources of electric power: from the main property, a gasoline generator located along with fuel in a reinforced concrete anti-fragmentation chamber on the staircase outside the living area, a wind turbine and solar on a separate circuit for lighting and 12-18V devices. Control from inside the living area.

LIFE LOGISTICS

Autonomous chemical toilet/bathroom to minimize ground installations that are potential paths for contamination of the facility. Autonomous storage of water, resources, tools and equipment according to the strict art of Civil Defense. Electric kitchen and emergency, chemical emission-free food heating system. Additional gas sensors. Manual system of rods, pins and actuator in case of exit burial. Full training, post-service consultations, purchasing, and specialized training (weapons, prepping, survival, medical) at partners.

DISCRETION PROTOCOL

Confidentiality clause. The City or Municipality Office will register it in the records as a potato cellar or something with a more creative name, but not a shelter. Robud Expert will never use photographs or information about the investment at any stage of human communication, including with a spouse.

The art dictates an NBC-tight shelter for a period of 15 days in the case of radioactive contamination. We design our shelter for a stay of about 30 days with internal combustion power and another 30-45 without power in conditions of extreme necessity. We explain that there is no such thing as a guarantee of survival. Survival has nothing to do with comfort. It depends on the preparation and state of mind of the person in the center of the DANGER. A SAFE country is a wise, prepared population.
